Are you looking for more opportunities to play the great game of fastpitch softball? Look no further because FALL BALL is back! 

Fall Ball is designed for young players to hone their skills and focus on overall softball skill and game-situational development in a more casual atmosphere. Please note that there is no tryout for the SHB Fall Ball season. All girls who register for fall ball will be placed on a team, unless divisions are full. In this case, registrants may be placed on a wait list. 

With divisions available for ages 5 -14, the season kicks off with our SHB Skills Clinic in mid-August followed by weekly games every Saturday, from early September to mid-November. 8u, 10u, 12u, and 14u teams play double-headers, or two games, each Saturday. Teams will also be playing in our very own Airshow Tournament and West Grove Halloween Spooktacular. (More details on these tournaments to follow). 

Registration closes on August 1st, so act fast and sign up now!

SHB is a non-profit league run by volunteers.  Fees cover all field usage, uniforms and insurance for the season. Registration fees are as follows:

6U: $125
8U: $215
10U to 14U: $225

We are an all volunteer league and each family must have at least one member volunteer in some capacity.  The following positions are available on each team and can be selected on your application form:

• Sponsor
• Head Coach
• Asst Coach
• Team Parent
• Dugout Mom
• Scorekeeper
• Field Maintenance

If you would like to volunteer to serve as a head coach in the Fall and are not a returning coach, please also complete and return the SHBGFS Coaches Application with your player registration form.

Division brackets for the Fall season are based on the player’s birthdate and are as follows:

6U:  9/1/2018 to 8/31/2020

8U: 9/1/2016 to 8/31/2018

10U: 9/1/2014 to 8/31/2016

12U: 9/1/2012 to 8/31/2014

14U: 9/1/2010 to 8/31/2012

NOTE - If a player wishes to play UP a division, this must be indicated at time of registration.

A Birth Certificate must be presented at time of registration for age verification if your child has not previously participated at SHB.
